PETTY AUTO REPAIR LLC
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
PETTY AUTO REPAIR LLC ("we") operates pettyautorepair.net. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, call, or message us, and how we use it.
What we collect
The website itself collects no form data. The quote form on the contact page only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device from what you type; nothing you type is sent to, stored by or seen by this website, and nothing is sent at all until you press send in WhatsApp.
If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp, we see the number you used and what you wrote or said, the same as any phone call or message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your request, give you an estimate and do the work you ask for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Messages and calls go straight to the shop through WhatsApp or the phone network, under those services' own terms and privacy policies; this website is not in the middle and keeps no copy. Nothing you send is sold, shared for advertising, or given to anyone other than the shop.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and does not use advertising pixels. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The accessibility settings you choose (larger text, high contrast, underlined links, stopped animations) are stored only in your own browser.
How long we keep it
What you send us on WhatsApp or tell us on the phone stays on the shop's own phone, like any other message or call, only as long as needed to answer you and keep ordinary business records. To ask us to delete a message, call (857) 756-0675 or write to us on WhatsApp.
Links to other sites
The site links to Google Maps for directions and to WhatsApp for messaging. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions go to the shop: (857) 756-0675, 646-648 Washington St, Dorchester, MA 02124.
